The Bartlett Insurance Team

Jonathan Freymond
I am the 4th generation in our family owned insurance business. As far back as I can remember insurance was part of my life and a regular discussion at family dinners, vacations, reunions, and occasionally bedtime stories. Most of my childhood and teen years I spent promising to myself that when I grew up I would never be in the insurance industry. But life has a funny sense of humor, here I am! I’ve been at it over 10 years now and I’m loving it.
I love spending time with my family, seeing my kids grow and experience life and teaching them about nature and our amazing world outside whether it’s riding my ATV, fishing, hunting, hiking or boating, if it’s outside I’m probably there.

Jackie Barnes
She grew up in the big city of New York. Queens to be exact.  In her young years, her father met and married another Canadian woman and decided it was time to go back to his roots. In the 1980’s they moved to Pickering, Ontario.
After graduating high school she took a few years off and solely travelled the continent.  Gaining all sorts of knowledge and wisdom that one would never learn in school.
In 2005, Jackie settled down and obtained her RIBO license in Toronto.  She started out as a CSR in Whitby.  After gaining many years of experience there, she moved to the Bancroft brokerage and was now on the front line of selling insurance.
While living in Toronto, she met a man she let get away from her once in her carefree days. She later reunited with him & married that man in a small quaint outdoor country wedding.  They bought their first house just outside of Bancroft and she settled into living the country life quite nicely.  She will always be that city girl at heart as shopping is her number one hobby.
